Historical building from the 19th century, built in neo baroque style as traditional apartment house, was reconstructed in 2008 and all rooms were completely renovated and redesigned in 2015.

In January 2014, ASTEN HOTELS Ltd. took the BOUTIQUE HOTEL KLÁROV under its management. The company's intention was to bring it under the TOP of four-star hotels in Prague. The hotel rooms should bear the stories of famous personalities of the world's most famous musicians and music bands, who held a concert in Prague in last twenty years.

In March 2015, under the direction of the architectural studio Sculpt and the leadership of the Asten Hotels group co-owner Jiří Gajdošík, 26 exclusive rooms with breathtaking views of Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge were created.
